Randy Manning has a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from the University of Minnesota and, in December 2018, earned a Master’s degree in Violin Performance from Louisiana State University. He is currently a member of the Baton Rouge Symphony, Acadiana Symphony, and the Rapides Symphony Orchestra.

While attending LSU, Randy performed several times as concertmaster of the LSU Symphony and with several smaller ensembles such as the Baroque Ensemble, the New Music Ensemble and the Louisiana Sinfonietta.
