PHOA Summer Camp Policy

  • Payment due upon registration.

  • Because of the pandemic, our illness policy is strict. Children must be fever free for 48 hours and have had no vomiting or diarrhea for 72 hours before returning to camp. Absences are non-refundable. If an entire week of camp is missed due to illness, make-up weeks are an option if there is a week and space available in that week.

    SAFETY FIRST

Games and activities are designed to keep kids active and safely engaged with their friends. Frequent hand washing and sanitizing will be more important than ever. We will follow state, local, federal government, and the guidelines related to safety and Covid-19 protocols.

As we continue to work hard to keep everyone safe, children in our summer camp program will be required to wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.  We will work at the different stations at the same time.  Each group will have a maximum of 6 campers. These safety measures are part of the Mayor’s executive order which requires everyone to wear a mask while indoors. Wearing a mask, in addition to our safety and cleaning protocols, will ensure that we are providing the safest environment for our staff and the children in our program.

Please send your child with a clean mask each day to be worn while in common spaces. We appreciate your support as we continue to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone.
